Poor

Dont stay in the rooms on level 1.

Stayed in the rooms a short walk from the hotel. Room was way to hot, aircon didnt work and our room was connected to a club that you could here until 2am.

It wasnt the highlight of our trip to Soho.

The location was good.

The room was very small. It was extremely dark and dingy in the room. The light was so poor it was difficult to see. The shower leaked over the bathroom floor. The towels smelt of food. The staff on the other hand were pleasant and welcoming.

The decor is lovely.. cosy , clean, comfortable .. great location, friendly staff .. would recommend and would return ..

The room only provided 1 bottle of water and 2 coffee pods.. for 2 people staying.. prices of the bar drinks for guests are expensive

Great location. Lovely bar area. Quiet discreet Not noisy Easy check in Great service Simple breakfast on offer of coffee and pastries. Great value and excellent quality. Comfortable bed and we had a cosy room ( very tiny) fine for one night.

I don't like that we had to pay 10 per bag just to store them at the hotel for two hours upon checking out. It feels very cheap to me, especially after having stayed there for four nights. It's feels similar to having to pay to use the bathroom at a restaurant where you're having dinner. If you really want to charge customers for such services, just include it in the overall price.
