Very poor

Well used hotel with no apparent keeping up for cleanliness. Quiet location and smiley staff.

The hotel has a lift and rooftop bar which is enjoyable in this quieter side of Hanoi (on less polluted day). The size of the room was great: two rooms and bathrooms and we are four (two adults and two children).

Cleanliness was very poor and photos misleading (seem to show brand new facilities). The sofa was dirty, the walls had spiderwebs, insects and lots of marks like nose boggers. One the shower had so much hair clogged in the drain that it overflowed. The kitchen utensils were not clean and the bin not emptied (I mean our rubbish not emptied).

Pleasant stay at West lake

Was given a very comfortable with conclusive amenities unit. Nice and peaceful neighbourhood which is a total opposite of the chaotic old quarter. Mr. Loong, the PIC is an angel throughout our stay
