The Magnolia Hotel Houston is a thoughtfully appointed boutique hotel with friendly and responsive staff. The rooms are comfortable and luxurious with blackout curtains and large soaking tubs. The ho (Read More)tel is conveniently located near the convention center and various restaurants and stores. Although there were some minor concerns with the bathrooms and the fitness center, overall the hotel provides excellent service and amenities. Guests highly recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, great views, and welcoming atmosphere.

Very happy with my stay at the hotel.

The downtown location of the hotel was great. I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff, the stylish decor and cleanliness of the hotel, the generous size of the hotel room, and the excellent breakfast. I look forward to staying here again.

Expect better from a 4.5 star hotel and associated price.

The room and hotel itself were clean. The restaurant staff and valets were wonderful.

We had around a 45 minute line to stand in to check in then our room was not ready for another hour. And we were in town with an itinerary. That was problematic. No urgency at all from front desk staff. The TV was out for most of our stay.

The staff, The customer service The racist guest The unprofessionalism I also didnt like getting a bill for 1000 dollars the 3 day of me staying because I wasnt charged when I checked in. I also was given keys to another guest room.

Convenient to ballpark, will not stay there againdisappointing for the high nightly rates.

Location

All the false advertising in parking, breakfast and slow elevators. Too many feesfree parking advertised however you have to use valet $45 per day due to location. 4 free parking spots for 3 hotels in the area????
