it was a good stay overall and it was value for money considering decent enough location & clean + safe room

Pleasant, quiet but nothing special.

There is no breakfast. It is very quiet. the place is well maintained. The room was clean with a large fridge. There was soap and shampoo supplied and it had good cupboard and drawer space. There is a small table and two chairs for sitting the bed is a little on the hard side but not overly so. The TV although small had a good selection of channels to cater for a few different languages.

No tea or coffee. The unit is quite small and the bathroom is separated by a partition that does not go to the ceiling. The all glass shop type door had a gap right around it which allows small insects from outside in, even when locked and although small they could be annoying at times. There is no phone or bedside tables and no manned reception so you need to find one of the two people that run it. Although pleasant people, they could speak only Russian and almost no English requiring a phone translator. I had to call the main phone to be able to check out. This combined with no permanent reception and no phone could be a problem in an emergency.

awesome little cozy resort! loved the decor lots of personal touches. our room was fantastic- upstairs and downstairs 2 bathrooms small kitchen. hosts very very friendly and helpful. arranged good taxi to Bangkok airport. short walking distance to restaurants and bars. highly recommend!
