Very good

Overall a well presented comfortable modern hotel in good location.

Great location near central Trastevere with access to restaurants and shopping. Modern facility that met our requirements and expectations.

Perhaps increase the number of staff to make the hotel more receptive to the needs of guests, especially restaurant/bar service. Room lights were confusing.

A lovely little hotel in a great part of the City.

A nice room and bathroom, good location and friendly staff.

The room felt a little bit worn, but only small things. On the whole it was very pleasant.

Everything was great .. hotel is very clean and hospitality was outstanding very welcoming staff and very helpful .. nice hotel, modern and cosy in general, a bit far from historic side, but in general a good hotel.

Breakfast was nice, although not variety of breads and ham/cheeses

The blanket from the bed was too light, which made us feel a bit of cold during sleep

Friendly, helpful staff. Modern industrial, stylish common areas and rooms. Love the wood floors and towel warmer! Location was perfect for our visit. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Relaxing stay in a discerning boutique hotel situated in a characterful Roman neighbourhood.

The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options including fresh fruit. The waiting staff were very attentive and happy to oblige with requests such as an extra cup of coffee or tea. The rooms were furnished to a very high standard with every comfort such as slippers, bath robe, luxury toiletries, hairdryer, kettle, TV etc. The staff seemed highly professional and were very welcoming. They speak English and French very well and maybe other languages. This was not an issue for me as I am a fluent Italian speaker and translator of Italian to English, but it may be an important consideration for guests who do not know Italian.

I was disappointed with the location of the room which was on the ground floor and very dark meaning we had to have the lights on all the time which marred my stay somewhat. I suffer from claustrophobia so it was a bit oppressive for me. Although a spectacular view is unimportant, I would have preferred a room with more natural light coming in. I would definitely choose Loly hotel again but would request a room higher up with more natural light. Perhaps it should be made clearer to travellers at the time of choosing and booking a room that some of the rooms are on the ground floor with not much natural light. I would have gladly paid extra for a room on a higher level floor with more natural light. For this reason I give the Loly 9/10 rather than a full 10/10.

Great choice for Trastevere.

Perfect location for the hundreds of bars and restaurants of Trastevere. Quiet location, good breakfast selection everyday. Modern rooms. Staff went out of their way to help organise flowers for my wife's birthday.
