Exceptional

Everything was just gorgeous. The room is very comfortable, clean and cozy. The staff speaks two languages, which is also very convenient. The staff is polite and very accommodating. The hotel is located next to the metro, so if you have an Istanbul card, it becomes even more convenient.

You can diversify the breakfasts a little with an assortment of hot dishes. And everything was very tasty and always fresh.

10/10 Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Breakfast was good and great value. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. But i would love to express my sincere gratitude towards the great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever. I was about to miss my flight due to the closure of all roads in Sirkeci, but they assisted me in every possible way to catch my flight, Everything from carrying my baggage to booking a metro card and directing me to metro stations was done for me. Special thanks to the female receptionist and Mr. Omar for all of their assistance, Your efforts will be remembered forever.. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Great team and location

The staff was incredibly nice, welcoming, flexible, polite and did their best to facilitate our stay at the Hotel but also in Istanbul. All members of the team were wonderfuk, thumbs up to all! The breakfast was great, slightly changing from one day to another. Nicely located, it was easy to go around the city from this place. Great value for the price.

Nothing bad to say. Many places seems to have issues of warm water or heater, that was not the case here. We haven't faced a single issue. There were some work ongoing for few days in the adjacent building but, nothing the Hotel can do about. In any cases, they were not working early in the morning nor in the evening so no problem.

everything was good.

This is the second time we have been at this hotel since August and we recommend it to all our friends, because it is reliable-clean, calm, impeccably honest and friendly staff. We like almost everything, we didn't have enough sausages or bacon for breakfast), we would like a slightly larger assortment of hot dishes, but overall, everything is fine.

at the window in the room was holl and thats why in the night was cold.

Nice hotel with great rooms, nice location and staff, however, our room was not prepared well

The location is great staff is super nice, rooms are big enough.

We had some expectations as we have already been in the hotel before. However, this time something went wrong. The heating was off and it was quite chilly (+5outside). So it took some time to switch it on a cold room is the last thing one expects after a long travel. The price was also quite high for this period of time. We accepted as we liked our previous stay. Wrong course of action for the next trip.
