Comfy boutique hotel with rooftop bar and pool to cool down

We visited this hotel before (other management) and came back because we loved the location. New this time were the rooftop bar with amazing views and very good cocktails. Loved the option to cool down in the pool after a hot day in Hanoi. Special mention for the yummy breakfast (with a view!)

It would be a plus if the hotel would give guests the opportunity to fill their own water bottles - for instance with a water dispenser in the lobby or hallways.

an oasis of calm in a crazy city

It's an oasis of calm in a crazy city and a great value hotel and a true 4 star. Staff are friendly, but be prepared for a sit down when you arrive, if you just want a shower, or to go eat when you arrive this can be a little frustrating. Especaially if you then find that after the intro that the kitchen has since closed and now room service is no longer availalble, and would have been still operating when you first arrived if you had not had the talk. But really it's a super hotel, and unbeatable on price for value.

Breakfast was a little problematic. We ended up eating out for breakfast on our last day as breakfast was poorly organised the other days. No orders were written down which meant you would get your coffee after you've finished eating and then twice, or your juice after you've finished eating or your eggs or prepared food would come 20 minutes late after you've reminded them after 10 minutes and again after 15 minutes. Tables were cleaned randomly and there was no telling if you would get cuttlery or table mat, or napkins. If you are on holiday you are likely not to be inconvenienced, but if you are trying to eat in order to take an organised tour and you are on a schedule then it might be worth venturing outside of the hotel for a fun coffee and breakfast in some of the lovely places on the same street - exit right and 2 blocks over on the same side of the street is an amazing pastry place which do every kind of coffee and juice you can think of. If you see banana loafs you are in the right place. I would imagine that breakfast will be fixed by the time you visit, so dont read too much into this. A little organisation and writing down orders and doing them in that order and it will be fixed.

Great place to stay in for our visit to Hanoi. The amazing staff really made us feel so welcome :)

The staff were amizingly friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, good quiet aircon, super shower, very comfortable bed and a great balcony with a city view.

Great location with clean, well presented rooms.

The staff were a delight. Always smiling and helpful, particularly Mia and the front desk team. It was also helpful having a few of the staff speak very good English. The location is excellent for navigating the old quarter. The rooms were clean and well presented.

Comfy hotel in the center of Hanoi

Super clean room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast is delicious and had a great variety every day we were staying at the hotel. The staff were super helpful and friendly. There are also a high quality windows, so considering the hotel location in the center and noisy street, it was really quite in the room.

Hotel is newly renovated. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Great location, very convenient in the Old Quarters. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was very good, too.
