Very good location

The hotel is in the superb location. Near both tube stations. We love the room which has the entrance on the street side, we have stayed there for 5 nights which we absolutely loved it.

We stay in both in the building room and the room on the street side. The room in the building is very small even with the Junior suite, luckily we stay only for one night.

La posizione, ma non certo merito loro.

Disgusting experience. They gave me a room under the ground without a window or balcony, while the booking indicated a junior suite, with 3 windows. For 400 euros per night!!! When I pointed this out they told me that the photos are random. Be careful and be wary of what you read. Keep away. I add, terrible breakfast, non-existent cleanliness. Nightmare vacation. Non-existent staff.

The staff were not helpful booked a junior suite on booking.com when we entered our room we soon realised that we had been placed in the petite double we went downstairs to complain and to tell them they had put us in the wrong room they then continued to tell us that it was a suite and that the layout was different, after going back and fourth and getting no where and just constantly getting lied to to they then when onto to say they would reimburse some money back into the account because they clearly knew they was in the wrong I then received 30 back off the booking the next day which I think was a joke if anyone is reading this find a new hotel because theres absolutely no point booking with these divs

Hyde Park is also a mere step away, providing a serene escape amidst the urban hustle. Dining options in the vicinity cater to all tastes, especially those looking for halal food. The majority of the staff were attentive and polite, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Housekeeping maintained our room impeccably, and the concierge was invaluable in planning our daily activities. However, there was a single instance of subpar service, with one staff member being somewhat disinterested and dismissive. In summary, La Suite West is a fantastic choice for those seeking a London stay enriched by its location. With easy access to transportation, proximity to Hyde Park, and a variety of dining options, it offers a well-rounded experience. Despite a minor service hiccup, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a memorable London visit.

None except for that one staff which did not bother us that much. We try to have less interaction with her after she mistook my husband for a driver to pick up the laundry and not even apologizing after making the mistake. Anyway my husband and I did not really about those nitty gritty stuff and just had a good laugh. Forgotten to take her name but perhaps the management could help advice her on the importance of being hospitable and smile to guests more especially if she is on duty at the front desk. I hope none of you will experience that hospitality we received from her.
