Superb

It was a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed the location as it is located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Kensington. The room was very clean and cosy. The bathroom was very spacious and modern. The staff was extremely kind and also willing to help.

It was a bit annoying that the bathroom didn't contain a power socket expect for shavers. Also the breakfast could have been better equipped. The food that was offered didn't look that fresh, as for example the cheese was a bit hard at the edges at some point. Also, food that the buffet ran out of was only sometimes refilled. It also could have offered a wider variety of breads and buns.

Excellent hotel. Great location. Friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were welcoming. Great location. Room was a good size.

Bedroom was far too hot and caused us to have disrupted sleep, as we kept waking up feeling too hot. Tried to alter the room temperature, but unfortunately it was centrally controlled. Opened the window, but then it was too noisy.

Superb

Breakfast was terrific, lots of choices and plenty of healthy options. Roger was ever so helpful and entertaining. All staff were exceptionally friendly specially for a city hotel. Will stay again

I felt that bedroom was too hot during the night less, heat preferable. I think it's not possible to turn off air conditioning?
