Perfect stay, perfect location, perfect staff

breakfast was excellent and we liked the hotel. But the best thing about our stay was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, especially the Receptionist Anna who went above and beyond to be helpful. And the same is true from the cooks to the cleaning lady. Wonderful people.

good location, facing a quiet alley.spacious room with two queen size beds.the bathroom drainage and the hot water of the shower was fine.

TV in the room was not working well, but I can't tell if it was due to bad reception or a malfunction of the TV. anyway, it wasn't a big problem.

Room was spacious. Staff provided a good info sheet of where the restaurants are and tips around Hanoi. Good service from staff, they helped us take out luggages to our rooms and assisted with taking luggages out to the airport taxi. Good breakfast, has western or vietnamese styled breakfast.

The hotel seemed like it was a residential building in the alley, which they converted to a 'hotel'. It's more of a homely feel, so if you want a grand 5 star hotel experience, it is better to choose a larger hotel.

Repeat in the same trip after come back from Halong Bay Tours Clean and comfortable room. Good hospitality thanks to all friendly staffs. Bathroom has a good ventilation. Room included the excellent breakfast all-you-can-eat Good location in the old quarter. You can walk from the hotel to all the main sightseeing in Hanoi. I like that the hotel is on the small pedestrian street (Yen Thai alley), not the main road.

Clean and comfortable room. Good hospitality thanks to all friendly staffs. Bathroom has a good ventilation. Room included the excellent breakfast. You can choose from the buffet and a la carte menu such as Bahn Mi, Pho, Pancake, Crepe, English Breakfast, Spring Roll and so on all-you-can-eat Good location in the old quarter and next to plenty of restaurants and Hanoi street food !!! I could walk from the hotel to all the main sightseeing or taking grab bike or grab car. They gave you the recommended restaurants close to the hotel and the ones I have been to are all yummy.
