Location is central

Hanoi as a whole is filthy. The hotel has poor ventilation, so everything smells inside. Its clear they have tried to keep it nice, but tiles are old and broken and blinds dont work well

La Passion Hotel is in a great location. A short walk to everything you need. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately the rooms were slightly different to the pictures. They bathroom was not in good condition and shower was quite dirty

Fantastic Hotel. Love the location

We stayed 5 nights, when check in we have been upgraded to the La Passion Premium hotel. The staff had done up the room so beautiful for our anniversary. The room is very spacious. The bed is very comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful special thank you to Linh, Jimmy, Dior, Mai Anh and Jack . The location is in an excellent location in old quarters, even though its in a busy street but its not noisy at all once in the room as the doors are sound proof. Breakfast is good. We had the best pho every day for breakfast. We will definitely stay here again next time in Hanoi. Thank you to all the staff at the La Passion Premium. Would definitely recommended.

Great location good value

Location hard to beat in heart of Old Quarter Breakfast was good, a choice of fresh eggs, fruit and continental options Staff very helpful on the whole Comfortable bed After a long day of travelling having Netflix on TV a bonus

Be aware that staying in the OQ means that space is at a premium so is limited for opening suitcases in the room
