The stay was ridiculous and the services very poor

Location was good. But only two items, ie Idly and Dosa were available for breakfast when the other hotels serve buffet breakfast..

My vehicle was not allowed to park inside the hotel parking pkace due to Dassara pooja

Overall the stay was okay, due to maybe off-season.

Room maintenance requires looking into.

Room, though spacious, was not maintained properly. Doors, Commode & taps require some repairs/changing.

Poorly maintained facility by KSTDC

Nothing in particular

The room was damp.The cupboards was full of dust.The bedsheets were torn.Room didn't had a TV as told in the booking.Altogetger a bad experience.Althoigh the rooms were booked for 2 days left the facility after a day.

Great property and value for money

Big and clean rooms and the huge toilets. The location was as good as it can get - beautiful views of misty mountains. Very nice property overall. The staff are polite and humble and ready to help. Nice parking facility.

This hotel is too far from Madikeri. It takes 70min to reach from Madikeri. Breakfast opens at 8.30a

Breakfast was ok ok.

This hotel is too far from Madikeri. It takes 70min to reach from Madikeri. Breakfast opens at 8.30am. We had choosen this hotel as this was the only option available because of our last minute planning. I would suggest never to book this hotel even if it's the last option. Rooms were not maintained. Bathroom was full of spider webs and toilet was not clean at all.

Ok choice in Bagamandala.

The location was good and enjoyed the view outside the hotel. Food was great. The staff is courteous and ready to help. Proximity to the Bagamandala and Talacauveri temples is good. Only veg food was served and only few options were available however everything was great.

Rooms were not so great. The paint on the walls was falling off, dead insects were around in the room. The toilets were not maintained well.
