So Disappointing that I Left Early!

The staff was generally courteous, and the room was aesthetically pleasing. The placement of the bathroom/shower was nice, and a door separated it from the sink. There were full-length mirrors, and it was easy to park close to the room. The room was generally clean, and I appreciated that the floor wasn't carpeted. It was also nice that you could regulate the temperature of your room very easily.

The business seemed ready to nickel and dime you at every turn. For example, parking was $15 per night, and the use of an in-room microwave was $5 per night. The mattress in my room was really hard, and my shoulders hurt after one night. The blankets in the room were incredibly thin. I was kept up all night because of people passing by my door and talking really loudly as well as the sounds of cars since my door was facing the parking lot. Frankly, it was such a bad experience that I chose to forfeit my second non-refundable night. When I turned in my key a day early, the staff didn't seem to care that much and just reminded me that I had a non-refundable reservation.

We woke up at 7:30 and two minutes later someone complained on us for apparently making noise we didnt even do. The staff called us to tell us!

Very nice, but noisy

Very comfy room, nice people and amazing restaurants directly in-house. Whirlpool had manually activated jets and was never crowded (we were here in the winter) All people we met there were nice and helped out wherever possible.

Every time our neighbours flushed or used the sink, we were woken up by uncomfortably loud water noises, sometimes waking us up multiple times per night. Generally, it was a bit noisy and even normal conversation was sometimes audible from the neighbours.

The neighbors noise is so uncomfortable. The people in the next room tried to open the door that connects the rooms many times and at late night hours.

This hotel served our needs for our visit to the city and was comfortable.

The property was well maintained and clean. The spa and pool must have been recently renovated as they appeared new. Good location and easy access to freeway.

This is a motor hotel design property with ample parking, yet parking cost extra. The room was comfortable but the shower fixtures needed replacing. Also, the trend for hotel televisions is having streaming smart TVs. This room had a cable TV only.
