This property is not as per the JW standards

We booked a forest view room and it was a garage view -we were constantly hearing voices of drivers and staff talking loudly -the drainage in the shower was not working- tea and coffee pods were not refilled -the prices of the room were too high for the size of the room-westin and W properties nearby offer much better value according to price ,size and views and I have stayed in both a multiple times

Excellent Service, Beautiful Rooms and Property, Great Food & Spa

Central Location in Vagator, close to other hip restaurants and bars in Vagator Super clean and new as it only opened a couple months prior to our stay; the best thing is the pool and pool bar, the spa is also excellent as it is very private, relaxing and very clean and professional The breakfast is vast and everything is extensive delicious, includes local, Indian Asian and European/continental breakfast, but also sweets and a chocolate fountain Overall the service is what made it so special, its more than attentive, its personalised and very professional, you can contact the staff via the he frontdesk, phone or even WhatsApp

The only thing we were suspicious of before coming were the rendered images on booking and the office Marriott website, but the hotel does in fact look like the renders Another thing that has nothing to do with the hotel itself but the area is the fact that Taxis in and out of Vagator are extremely expensive as they dont use the official meters

Keep up the good work.

Every corner of the property is so mindfully done. The chef took extra care and went a step further when he got to know that my son is gluten intolerant. He even prepared gluten-free waffles for him.

There was anything that we didnt like bout the property. But yes if this property was made in a resort style then it would have been the best.
