Good property being managed by unprofessional persons .

Location was very good.

Maint of the family room was not up to mark.Doors fixtures are not proper. Lot of small insects were entering the room . They should provide a stand in the room to put wet clothes. They should provide pick up and drop facilities from reception to room to senior citizens.

Property was good from outside however inside it was smelling, no proper bathrooms, flush was not working, door and fan

Food was good and kitchen staffs were so polite and hardworking which we loved Property from out side was good but not been maintained properly

Room was not worth paying 6k per night, only Jugad based setup were there, few things I could highlight as below: 1- one bathroom flush was not working so B/w 4 people it was difficult to manage 2- TV never worked 3- Fan was noisy 4- Bed sheets were not clean 5- Towels were smelling

Security is good air from fan is a little bit uncomfortable proper air is not coming from the fan i am not stacified with bed and blankets and with toilet also in toilet room freshner is there still I used to get bad smell i had faced a problem with hot water also front office people are very good in behaviour and restaurant people aslo but cost of room and food is a little bit high

horrible and pathetic place.

When we reached there after a nonstop driving of 8 hours, they mentioned that the family suite booking we made is not available. Then we were shown the next availability and we selected it at first glance as family was not in a mood to travel longer. When we finally settled down and opened the bathroom , the commode was all dirty, washbasins broken, TV not working, etc. We checked out the next day and requested a refund of the extra night ,which they refused. i refused to pay for the late lunch and dinner charges and asked to offset against the extra night. The staff at the counter said he had paid for the dinner from his pocket as the property restaurant was not working , hence i paid for the dinner as did not want to the staff to incur any loss due to us. Very horribly kept property and not worth the travel to stay there.

Good food, facilities and value for money

The accessibility was very poor. The road leading to the resort is extremely narrow for any car to pass through. Also the ramp leading to the car was a bit high, because it constantly scraped underneath my car. The ramp needs to be straight to benefit even guests having cars with low ground clearance.
