Teribble Management!

Sonu at the desk was the only person who was helpful. Other than that the facility and the manager/owners were highly disappointing.

The facility was poorly managed, at least the two bedroom villa that we booked was not clean or comfortable. There was no soap or shampoo in the dispenser, no hot water, stained Lenins, hard bed and on top of that they charge extra fee for each heater you request on the cold weather. Also no internet connection. Because of poor facility we decided to check out early, requested owner to jot charge for two nights or At least give partial break. The request was rejected. When we did agree to pay for 2 nights anyway, their credit card machine did not work. The staff continued to make attempts but it would not process because of their internet connection. Please note prior to check in we had confirmed if we can pay via credit card, and we were told we can pay with additional transaction fee which we were fine with. After over hour of failed attempt, manager Shubh was called to solve the issue , instead she started asking us to go to the city and get cash. We offered to pay with cash we had amongst ourselves that covered little over 1 night cost plus all the food and heater cost we incurred. Lady continued to argue with us why we cannot pay cash. She stared questioning how are we traveling in India without cash . Anyway we left the hotel paying whatever cash we had as that was our only option.

Quiet location in Naddi, nice communal area / restaurant, big blankets and hot water bottles provided in rooms.

Beds extremely hard and some of bedrooms very cold with no way of heating provided. Very weak, luke-warm shower. No card machine available as it was at the property owners other property. Not very friendly attitude by staff.

Abhishek and Sonu Thakur are very good hosts and take full care of every need of the guests. Rohit and Shiva also give very good service. Overall, it was a very pleasant and homely experience.

Jungalat is unique experience

Reaching out is a bit tedious ,but rest services are very good. Helpful staff. Sonu, Vivek and senior chef were happy to help.

Approach road is not in good condition and the steps at the entrance were difficult. In adequate fitting and furniture

Great stay, excellent place to unwind and relax.

Breakfast was very good. Food was good and staff made us feel homely. Went out of the way to show us a trekking path and came along till some distance. Overall great experience.

Room Heater to be provided with no additional charges for those who ask.

Clean homey and in the middle of nature

It's location in the beautiful town of Naddi makes it very special because not only do you see the valley from Junglaat but just a 12 min walk brings you to a stunning view of the mountains. The place is clean and has a very cute and thoughtful lobby/common area. But our favorite part about the stay was the friendly staff, especially Sanjana, who we had a great chat and laughs with. It made it a great vibe and place we'd like to come back to

Location, room, staff, food! Best place to stay if you visit Dharamshala and dont want to live in a crowded place. Nice atmosphere and you feel like at home.

NOT recommended for families. esp if you are travelling with a toddler. it may be ok for solo travellers to come here. but youll be surprised that for the same price or even lesser you go 500 Mtrs from here to naddi village the whole dauladar range with the snow clad mountains are right in front of you. there are plenty of properties offering the views which I feel is the right value of money instead of facing a jungle which you could quite possibly get anywhere in the country in the ghats. I wouldnt want to travel all the way for the view this place offers. neither is the staff nor the food is great for the premium price it charges.its clearly for college goers and singles. I regret staying here. its simply money down the drains with not even a breakfast included for 4000/-!!!!
