Very good!!

I had large!! room. In fact it's an apartment. Plenty of furniture, kitchen and everything else! Nothing is missing. Cheap for what you pay. Very friendly, helpful Owner, Amir. And the location? Soi Buakhao!

Hot shower not always hot, tv set-up a bit complicated. Pattaya's taxi mafia. 200 baht for 3km to Bus Station.

Comfortable, convenient, and cat-friendly

This is the most cat-friendly place to stay! My cats love it here, and I also love the spacious room and the bathroom with an actual bath tub. The restaurant on the ground floor is good too and has some great breakfast deals. The location is quite convenient. The staff are all very kind and the owner is very welcoming.

It can be hard to get a car to pick you up in the afternoon/evening because the street is narrow with a lot of traffic. It's not the fault of the hotel, but it's something to keep in mind when planning your arrival and checkout.

Really enjoyed my time here it's a great place to stay. Very good price for such a huge room with everything you need provided. The owner is a lovely guy and very helpful as were all the staff. Good food, great coffee and very nice smoothies! It's in a really good location close to Tree town and all the local bars. Honestly nothing to complain about and would recommend to anyone wanting a place to stay near soi Buakhao.

Perfect choice for a couple in vacations at Pattaya

Fantastic studio with very generous areas. A very well-equipped WC and kitchen, and a comfy bed. Two fantastic sofas and plenty of space to pack our luggage.

In fact everything was perfect. The owner - Sami- is very caring person and quite easy going. Nothing of bad to say.
