Travelled with a wheelchair user, the hotel upgraded us a suite which exceeded our expectations and provided loads of space for the wheelchair.

The location

The cleanliness of the room, bathroom I found hair and bed was not made correctly. Bed also uncomfortable, two single beds put together. Also they said would provide biscuits tea/coffee, only tea was available to us

i have used this hotel twice a year for the last 3 years and i was very dissappointed this time

location /breakfast were excellent room was ok

Friday we went in to the bar for lunch at 2.30 to be told we couldnt have a toasted sandwich because there was no bread.15 minutes later 2 customers received sandwiches ? saturday at 3.15 in the afternoon we were in the bar for a drink and asked for a package of crisps to be told we dont serve crisps after 3pm sounds odd to me
