Very good

Small but well arranged room. Worth paying that little bit more for the harbour view! Bed was VERY hard but we didn't mind - but definitely something to keep in mind. Great location for ferries/tram/MTR.

The location

Very few amenities are part of the hotel. The restaurant is actually external and won't deliver in rooms. Having 2 lifts each time you go in or out is also annoying.

Not worth the money

Location is good.

Cramped uncomfortable beds. Tiny hotel. The night staff post 10:00 pm is absolutely ride while the day staffs are polite. Not worth the money!

Good

An ideal base to explore Hong Kong.

The location is excellent, with a tram stop right outside and a short walk to the outlying Islands ferry pier. Also, it is easy to walk to Central and Causeway Bay. The Starbucks on the ground floor is an ideal meeting place.

The elevator system. Check in is on the fifth floor. Sometimes you have to get out of the lift on the fifth floor to go down or up. Not very convenient at all.

Warm hospitalities by the housekeepers.

Lots of eateries and shops behind the building. Starbucks and Chinese restaurant are within the building. MTR stations and convenience stores were few mins walk. If you enjoy strolling and walking, youll surprise yourself with colorful walks of life and malls after malls beyond the alleys.
