Everything was good except for breakfast & transportation.

The boat was clean, beautiful and comfortable. Staffs were friendly and the stay was good.

They didn't provide boat ride from ghat to boat, you have to book your own boat. And the water surrounding the boat house is not clean and breakfast is just bread and tea.

Best budget houseboat. Clean and peaceful. Owner Sajid is a very gentle guy and he along with his father made sure that our stay is Hassel free. Surely recommended.

Staff/caretaker behaviour towards guests is very rude and unfriendly. Complimentary breakfast was not worth the money. Only bread and tea was served in the name of complimentary breakfast. And when we asked for some options like paranthas/fruits, the staff started to argue and used unethical language in a very loud tone.

It is group of 2 house boat one named Jahangir and second is Morning car. Jahangir is very old and not up to the mark but Morning car is very good. Although location of both are not good, not in main lake but much behind or in a corner side of lake. Staff was very good and friendly. Tea was especially awesome. When I booked i saw picture of both boat and expecting that i will get good one but unfortunately got the older one ie Jahangir boat.

The location was really not good.
