Hotel Zing has a good location and friendly staff. The food is good and the view from the top deck and pool is enjoyable. The rooms are clean, although some reviewers mentioned a lack of shower curta (Read More)ins. The hotel provides good service and hospitality. There were a few minor issues such as noise from the bathroom hood, ants in the bathroom, and a dirty window. Overall, it is a pleasant place to stay at a decent price. Note: one reviewer mentioned rudeness from Thai people towards Indians.

The breakfast- superb.

The location - difficult to find transportation. Staff giving us very limited information as to where to find transportation. Where to go. What to do. Seems they are not from Pattaya.

The property with a ZING in Pattaya

Every thing about the hotel accept one particular girl at the front desk, who has to cut down on her bad attitude. She is just not cut out for the industry.

The size of the room. And I was upgraded. Not sure.

Not first time, good as always

Receptionist was kind to change the room for us and provided a hairdryer

In room there wasn't a sofa, shower stream was directing out of shower cabin, and water was accumulating due to bad drenage

What a great gem in South Pattaya

I loved the room, clean, well lit and spacious, the bathroom was great and the shower was strong and hot, really great facilities and the staff is very kind, one of the best hotels at that price range in Pattaya for sure.

Everything was absolutely perfect so I have nothing to say here.
