Guests praised the attentive and professional valet services at Hotel Zaza Houston Museum District, as well as the convenient shuttle option. The food from the restaurant was delicious and delivered (Read More)quickly to the rooms. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and nice views. Some guests had a poor experience at the Monarch restaurant, but overall, the staff was friendly. The hotel's eclectic design and proximity to museums and scenic locations made it a highly recommended choice. A special mention was made for Daisy, who provided exceptional customer service.

Not worth the price

Beautiful decor

No hospitality or customer service, the front desk staff made us wait 20mins to check in and then no welcome greeting or description of the hotel, facilities. Extremely dry borderline rude.

Disappointing

Truthfully don't believe we will return.

The bed was comfortable and crib. The room and furniture was small and dated respectively.

We could not use the refrigerator because it was filled with hotel beverages. The carpet was not clean (had stains). The valet men overlooked us a few times. On two occasions they assumed that I was uber driver which explains they were less reluctant to check if we were actually staying.

Awful!!!!

The bathroom was unusable. I could not sit down and use the toilet. I have pictures to prove it. The restaurant was closed for a private event. They tried to pass off a room in basement as an equivalent. Awful. Elevators were broken - had to use the stairs.

One of our gruup in room 940 had trouble with her A/C and they could not fix it, they did offer alternatives though. She is a 93 year old woman who could not enjoy a peaceful rest that night
