The staff was so welcoming when we arrived. They offered us cappuccinos and baked goods upon arrival. They took us to our rooms and explained how the lights, etc., worked. The chocolate and pistachio Croissants were fabulous. They had Meats and cheese, bread, cereals... and actually served us our choice of coffee, cappuccinos, etc. I would definitely stay there if I am so lucky to make it back to Rome. Thanks to the fantastic staff

Do not hesitate, this is an amazing location and great hospitality!

The staff here were amazing! Made you feel welcome from the moment you enter and they even allowed us to check in early after our long flight to Rome. A special shout out to Elena who offered us coffee and croissant while we waited for our room to be ready and the manager for being helpful with directions.

Nothing. Would stay here again for my next visit to Rome!

Warm, welcoming stay in the very heart of Rome.

Perfect location, could walk to every major tourist site easily and so many lovely restaurants and gelaterias in the neighborhood. The stuff were absolutely wonderful. Every single person was so warm and friendly and helpful. Giving us advice on where to get the best food and gelato, helping with our itinerary and how to get around. Genuinely lovely people. Felt so at home. Absolutely will be staying again.

Trastevere is a special place, different from other parts of Rome. This hotel is best

The breakfast was standard Italian fare but the hotel personnel - the concierge, Pedro , and the lady with him during our visit , sorry forgot to get her name- were all very helpful. Offered us coffee even if we checked in beyond breakfast hours. Always willing to lend us a helping hand..

The quadruple room could have been a little bigger especially if you have luggages , its a little cramped for 4
