Fantastic location, good room and clean bathrooms

The location could not have been better for this hotel, being a couple of minutes from Piazza Navona and only a comfortable walk away from the city's major monuments. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but there are some fantastic breakfast places only minutes away from the hotel as well. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff were accommodating even with our very late check-in.

The only caveat was that there was no lift and we had to go up a lot of stairs to our room. However, we read the reviews before booking and we were well aware that this could be a possibility.

We had good time in Rome. But once again the stairs were a big issue for us.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. location of the hotel was great.

We didn't appreciate that on Booking.com was no mention that this hotel doesn't have elevator. And that stairs are not easy to handle especially for the people in their seventies (like us). It's not a hotel problem it's Booking.com should make sure that future customers are aware of the conditions in this hotel.

Great location! Nightlife is around, but the windows of my room looked out onto a quiet courtyard and therefore I fell asleep in the evening without any problems. The hotel staff were friendly, gave me a map and marked the main attractions on it. Bed with excellent mattress, clean linen. The atmosphere and spirit of an old house!

I lived on the top floor and perhaps thats why there were slight difficulties with hot water: I had to turn it on and wait a little before the hot water started flowing. In addition, there were difficulties with the toilet flushing (it was rather weak). I would also like to note very good audibility. Its good that the person in the next room only snored and did not sing songs :)

Amazing vacation in amazing place

1. Staff. Gorgeous Chiara. I will never tire of thanking her for her attentiveness and kindness. She perfectly solved all my questions regarding my hotel stay! 2. The room is beyond praise. They upgraded my room to a junior suite with a terrace. And it was an incredibly cool number!!! I recommend taking this particular room, you will not regret seeing the view from the window! 3. Cleanliness, warmth in the room, good internet.

Very friendly staff

Very helpful and friendly staff, we got all the information we needed. Old building, cozy and clean room, good coffee and great location. Breakfast was delivered to the room! Good price.

It was not a problem but would be nice to have more choice for breakfast.
