Great location for going out for food and getting in to the city.

Breakfast selection was good. Location was great for buses trams or walking in to the city. The area was perfect for finding lots of cafe/restaurants without going in to the city.

We had to request to move room, the first room we were allocated was not the room we booked. The room we booked wasn't available until out second night. The staff did the necessary arrangements for the change that was all.

Pleasant stay overall, modern hotel, good location and transport to the city Centre.

New hotel, modern rooms, good breakfast, nice open air terrace with chairs. Upgraded my room for quiet sleep as it was a bit nosy.

Smell in the bedroom from toilet water system. Room is totally empty, absolutely not decorated, feels too large and not cosy.

not a traditional hotel but well run and located ... would stay again .

great buffet breakfast and very nice restaurant for evening meals and drinks from the bar . The entire staff were excellent , very accommodating and professional and went out of their way to resolve any issues . I liked the location of the hotel as well . The reason I did not rate higher was as a result of the decor not being to my liking . I did not find the rooms comforting to be in though they were clean enough . Too modern / trendy with all the white walls and furniture and loud plastic colored figurines scattered around .
