I wouldnt stay again

Nothing at all.

Our whole experience with the hotel was bad. Room was smelly, closet was a joke. There were two lockers and none of them work. I had to get a physical key from the lobby for one of them to work, and that too was mechanically impossible. Beds were very hard and so thin, couldnt get any sleep at night. Bathroom size was reasonable but the water pressure was horrible. When we complained about the water pressure, they sent a guy to check and he kept saying something aggressively about the temperature in Italian and just left rudely. Later, front desk says thats the best water pressure we can get and if wanted to shower in a different room they can have us use a non-functional room on a different floor. Toiletries were so low quality, body wash almost lathered like a detergent. All of this was so sub-standard. Thermostat doesnt work at all and the fan was so noisy and kept getting louder into the night. We could not get a nice shower or a good night sleep, the two important functions a hotel is to provide for travelers. I honestly dont know how this kind of a hotel could qualify to be a 4-star hotel in Rome. Its mis-leading international passengers with sub-standard quality.

Insanly good Staff / Good location / Small&Hot rooms

The location was incredible ! You can acces every touristic site whitouth a cab . The hotel it's old but still in good shape. The rooms are very clean also every day they are cleaned. You get everything you need like shampoo wifi acces and a mini bar. The staff it's incredible helps you whit everything for example i lost my backpack in a cab and they called and the driver was back in minutes. Thanks to Farnese Hotel maybe i will be back one day ! Very good breakfast also !

When you get back from roaming all the Rome you get inside you're room and you get hit by a hot air . The rooms are hot and AC it's not working . I know i was there in december but still the rooms are getting hot . The old fashioned rooms are a bit outdated and i think they should modernize a little. Also the rooms are a bit small i know it's Rome but still it's a 4 star hotel . Also the beds are quite terrible my back it's screaming for my home bed.

Great location, just behind Campo dei Fiori, walking distance from the main sightings. Room comfy and clean, breakfast rich and tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back here!

I would say that the hotel offers ok value for money.

Location is excellent, although there is a significant issue with parking space. It is absolutely not possible to find a parking even remotely close to the hotel. Breakfast is ok. Room ok, although it could use some refurbishment.

Comfortable hotel in a central yet quiet location and serving good breakfasts. Good VFM.

Good central location in the historic area, near the river and quiet.

Alas, as we were in October, there was no outside relaxing space.

Lovely location, clean, friendly and helpful staff, size able bathrooms.

The breakfast - lots of sweet offerings, no hot food/scrambled eggs etc. The decor, especially of the bedroom, seemed dated and an odd choice of colors - grey and brown

They accommodated all of our needs! Went above & beyond to make our stay memorable.

The location, the Staff was excellent, friendly & very helpful! Rooms were very clean and affordable.

Cant say anything bad about the hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect. You can reach all the attractions on your feet. Very friendly staff.

Loved the hotel and the staff

The location is superb, breakfast a reasonable choice but the egg frittata could be kept warmer instead of getting cold. Room was adequate in size and ted staff very helpful

Nothing really but if I had a choice for breakfast scrambled eggs and bacon as offered by many hotels in Europe would have been nice
