Generally it was good, need staff more experience

I had to leave at night and the desk man first said that he can not give me the recite only after informing that I will not pay he gave me. Also tried to charge for coffee I did not drink.

AC was not working and we called receptionist they hadnt even attend the call, room cost 5000/- and doesnt worth a bit.. AC was not working, No indoor sandals provided, Cleanliness, overall it was utter failure..

Quite Excellent!

Rooms are quite spacious and well maintained! Maybe even better than many of the 5 star hotels i have stayed in. Friendly staff and excellent location. The jute sandal/slipper thing provided as complimentary was quite an excellent touch!

Had requested for early checkin which was also confirmed. But when i reached the room, it was not ready and i was asked to wait till the actual check-in time. But they did offer to upgrade me to an available suite room when i mentioned my displeasure. So kudos on customer centricity but could have planned better. But it was a busy time so it's kind of understandable! Also, maybe a few more water bottles should be provided as complimentary especially considering the weather at TVM. Not sure if it would have been provided free of cost if i had asked for it. Adding this since i saw bottled water being price tagged within the room service menu.
