Superb

the HK of now is disappointing. Our stay in Hotel Hart saved our lackluster HK vacation.

location is great. right between chatham road south and nathan, so you get to choose between 2 important mrt lines to use. lots of food options nearby, and in a 24/7 part of the city. we have a view! toilet is not as cramped as others we've tried. good bed, very good pillows. Good bathroom amenities with separate body wash, shampoo and conditioner that really conditions (not the all in one head and body type). 3 minutes away from a vgood mall (K-11)

theres free coffee at the lobby, but nothing for the non coffee drinkers.

Nothings exceptional.

The location was a plus for me. Very accessible to restaurants and bars.

Theres no bidet and Im not used to using just tissues when I poop.

Clean rooms, good location, very close to the MRT station

The noise is a big issue with this hotel. There are bars and nightclubs on the same street and music is playing all night long and people screaming on the street, honking their cars horns at 3AM, it's a nightmare. I was lucky enough to have my ear plugs with me, otherwise I'd have just moved to another hotel, it's impossible to sleep.

Pleasant

Great location very close to TST MTR station. If you exit from N1 exit only take you within 5 mins to the hotel.

Too noisy at night, I stayed at 7 floor still can hear ppl laughing and talking after midnight! And also, the sound proofing is extremely bad! I could hear next door having sex !!!!
