Good breakfast. Rooms are very big and comfortable. Location is central, close to lots of bus station and to the city center.

Excellent location within a short walk of all the main sites. A nice size room and bathroom for the centre of Rome. Helpful staff who all spoke good english despite my wife speaking good Italian. A good cafe at the corner of the street for Breakfast of a late night drink.

The room was very hot and could not be cooled down. Not sure how good this would be in the summer as the rooms have no AC. Also the company the hotel used for Airport transfers arrived 25 minutes late - so leave plenty of time.

Lovely stay at a wonderful location in the centre of Rome that is walking distance to many attractions.

Its location is unbeatable and the breakfast was very good too! The cafe staff were very nice and front desk Adrean was very friendly and helpful too.

The wardrobe light was motion sensitive and made it very difficult to put on makeup using wardrobe mirror as it kept turning off. You should consider installing pullback hooks for the curtains so it can be pulled back instead of all to one side.

Beautiful building in a fantastic location, lovely aqua di Palma toiletries and a great shower.

Issues with the ventilation, apparently it was winter so Aircon would only blow hot air despite the fact it was 23c!

Disappointing

Hotel is in a very nice location not far from all the attractions Rome has to offer.

The room wasnt as pictured on the offering. Facilities were dated and there was a musty smell coming from the bathroom when entering the room. Bathroom itself had water leakages and moldy parts. Also the walls are very thin so you will hear people from the other rooms talking. Some of the staff was really nice, other times they wouldnt even say hello when entering the hotel. Overall not a very good value for the price.

Great location but could work on services(s).

The location was perfect. Very convenient to the sites and restaurants.

The room we chose was two adjoining rooms on booking.com. But was actually a suite with a shared bathroom. Poor WiFi in the second suite room. The didnt refill water until asked a fourth time. Only instant coffee in the room for the price of the room was not great. Room was tidies but not cleaned, and despite hanging out towels as asked, they kept replacing them anyway. Dirty dishes outside rooms, and in communal areas was left for a long time before being cleared away.
