Location is good, Rates are fair

Room cleaning is not good, room heating not available in package, needs to pay extra. In winter room heating is must at srinagar, should be included in package.

Rooms were spacious and there is enough parking space. Food was really nice. Overall hotel was big and good.

Washroom were very old and need immediate refurbishment. Mirror needs to be placed better.

Superb

Clean rooms, extremely friendly staff, good hygienic and tasty food. I was unwell during my stay and staff helped me in getting medicines for me.

Frequent power cuts. During power cuts, light was there due to generators but no fan. Without fan it was uncomfortable in August and sleep got disturbed.
