    Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect.
    1. Despite paying a high price, no warm water was available in the bathroom and that too in winters. On complaining, hotel staff did not respond. 2. The most challenging part was the hotel receptionist and hotel manager did not speak English and so could not be of any help. 3. On arrival, Internet was not coming in the room. So, wasted few hours in getting the issue resolved. 4. Towels were not replaced. Dirty towels on the floor were kept back after drying in the crumpled condition by the hotel staff. 5. Breakfast starts late at 8 AM. Warm food was over at 8:30 AM. At first hotel staff said they cannot provide more. Then replenished them on the request of a native. Anyways, had to wait 15 minutes for some of the warm items to be replenished. 6.There is no luggage storage room, your luggage will be kept next to reception, which makes it highly risky as receptionist hardy sits at the reception as she also handles kitchen. Reception is a tiny room next to entrance door which is unlocked most of the times.

    Good location. Good breakfast. Quality price ok
    the location is great, between the best places of Trastevere and very close to Rome city center. With a close walk you can reach Campo dei Fiori or Piazza Navona. Vaticano is 20min walking. Breakfast if great and the owner is very kind and nice. The room is comfortable and bed is super comfy
    the hot water takes ages to warm up. Also the pressure of the shower is nothing, at least in the room we were in. Last day it was completely impossible to make the water suitable for shower, as it was either too hot or completely cold.

    Good Location, good breakfast, spacious and clean room. No wifi and last day cold water for shower.
    Breakfast was quite alright, the bed was comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. location was quite close to major attractions and commute such as bus & tram. Lots of options to eat out on the local restaurants.
    Connection on the internet was not working in the room. We asked for support and they told us that they resetted the wi-fi, which didn't help. So no internet in the room unless you have your own roaming data. Warm water for shower cut on the last day. Expect to take a cold shower which some may find it uncomfortable.
