Superb

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel - Location was excellent.

-The location is unbeatable. The Galleria mall is 5 min walking from the Hotel, and there are many store real close. There are several stores close to the hotel, so it was pretty easy to walk instead of taking Ubers. -Front Desk and the cleaning team was excellent, always happy to help. -The included breakfast was pretty good for the price included. The only downside was the service hours 6-9am and 7-10am during weekends. But just plan ahead your day. - Room was clean and had many amenities.

The only thing that I will point out is that the room that we selected had a Bed Sofa/couch as the second bed. When open the futon was really slim, so I had to ask for another one because it was not comfortable enough. That solved our problem.

Size and layout of room was great. Good amenities in the kitchen and bathroom.

Mattress was not very good and pillows were horrible. May be the worst hotel pillows I've ever seen or felt. Quality of breakfast was very bad. Eggs, sausage was overcooked and rubbery. Coffee tasted horrible. 9am too early for breakfast to end. Parking is too expensive.

Location to Galleria

Payment for parking was not mentioned. Pillows are terrible. Beds not really comfortable. Pull out was gross. There was only one plate in the kitchenette. Toilet kept running all night. Shower kept dripping. All the faucets seem to be ready to fall off. Breakfast not the best. Overall just not really a welcoming or comfortable stay. I'd spend a little more and stay elsewhere.

Knowing the no of guest the rooms should have been prepared in advance. Had to call every time to frontdesk (which was short staffed) Breakfast window was short and the place got overcrowded quickly
