Nice staying in a Ho Chi Minh

Clean and cute room. Realy handsome hotel some few km from center but close to airport. The staff is friendly. They give us an cupon for coctails and they were excellent. They also arrange us a few things. Good beds for good sleeping.

There is a corner for preparing a food you can also order a coffee so there is no worry about breakfast!

Above average accomodation, below average customer service.

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

Not much of a supportive customer culture here: -asked about an early check in as rooms were available and told its an additional 50% when other accomodation was already half the price. - received a complimentary cocktail (up to 190k Dong) voucher with 7 conditions. Ordered a 200k cocktail to be told its above 190k. Said Im happy to pay the extra, told not possible as its against the rules not any of the 7 conditions. Then I select a cocktail from the happy hour menu at 100k, it wasnt good, but as I was using my up to 190k voucher it was effectively free so no complaints. Then I was told you cant use the free cocktail voucher on the half price menu, although it wasnt in the 7 terms and conditions. Eventually they deleted the half price cocktail and took the voucher and I paid for the other drink and meals. They just seem to want to milk you for everything, even though the costs to them are nothing.

Great Value of money

It's amazing hotel with affordable price, suitable for young couple. We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel, it located 3kms away from city center and this makes it quieter during night time but it also hards to get any night activities or stall or place to chill out during night hour. The room is spacious, clean and tidy when we checked in. Counter check-in are smooth as the staff do speaks English as well. They also offer complimentary cocktails for their guest but the bar closes at 11pm, so got to be early for it . Overall experience are great!

The aircond fan speed are quite slow even though already set to highest speed, it takes like 30mins to cool down the entire room

Cozy rooms- clean and lovely staff Has a bar with a pool table and work space Snacks including pot noodles and yummy sweet chilli nuts available for free and coffee You get a free cocktail at the bar each which we redeemed as mocktails

Very good

Very nice room with comfortable beds and nice bathroom with great shower. Hotel has restaurant which was handy and pretty good. Convenient airport access.

The hotel is nice and convenient to the airport but it would have been useful to have airport shuttle service or recommendation. The reception did call a taxi for us when we departed. Staff pleasant but not particularly helpful.
