The place is nice for a quite and comfortable homely stay. Is close to the airport.

I had travelled for work and not as a tourist. I just wanted a quite place near the airport. The owner was very helpful and friendly. He offered airport pickup and drop service at a reasonable rate. He also drove me to my place of business and back at a reasonable rate. The staff was polite. The room was clean and comfortable. Simple homemade food was available for breakfast and dinner.

There was not very much to dislike. Just one small point that I may mention. I had booked the room with breakfast included for 2 persons. However, only I was able to travel. I did not ask for and was not offered any reduction in the breakfast cost for the person who was not able to travel. The dinner, while simple and tasty, was, at Rs. 500/- per person, on the costly side. In contrast, on the last day of my stay I was able to go to Dal lake with a friend. We both had dinner at a restaurant facing Dal lake, and could be expected to be very expensive given its location. However, that cost us less than Rs. 500/-

No view from our room. No drinking water was given. We were asked to pay for it.

Nice stay, warm hosptality

The hosts were wonderful and made sure I was well taken care of. The room was clean and hot shower was reliable. Heater was provided and the food was good.

Not something I didn't like, just a note to future guests that I had a vehicle so was able to access the property with ease.

A nice and comfortable stay!

property is very well maintained and cozy. It was neat and clean. They provided us extra pair of blankets to keep us warm and the owner was always available to help us if anything else was needed. A veg meal for 2 was 800/- which we felt was little expensive but it was very good. it is little interior from the highway but the driver managed to get there with the help of owners instruction.
