Lovely staff and the restaurant is great. My rooms cleanliness needed significant improvement.

The staff were lovely and the gentleman at the front desk was fantastic. The restaurant was great and well priced.

There was makeup on the bed when we arrived I then put the card out to indicate that the linen should be changed. I did this three times and it was ignored each day.

Perfect location, just above a tube station in the north of Hyde Park. Good rooms.

we got put in room 420 first with a staff room and store room above us all night which kept us awake, then asked for another room on the second night which we couldnt enter till 3pm that afternoon and only offered 50 compensation

Clean but customer service whilst there and once returned very poor

It was clean

Location (my own fault) wrong side of Hyde park. They charged a further 550 to my account which I didnt know until I got home and checked my statement

Nice room, good location and tasty breakfast/ dinner

Great location, nice bathroom, nice restaurant, staff were pleasant

Asked for wine glasses 3 three times and for some reason we never got them delivered to the room, had to get them ourselves from the restaurant. Room a little bit narrow which we were told about before our stay.

Location

1. No basic toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush) was provided. Conditioner bottle was empty. For a hotel like Hilton, these should have been basic stuff provided by hotel. 2. Guest across my room was so loud. 1:30am and she was talking loudly, screaming, laughing with someone on the phone. Seems like walls are very thin. No fault of the hotel. Somebody went up to knock in hwr room when I complained at reception, so good job for the night staff.
