Security issue - men taking pictures of female guests, harassing them and trying to follow them to their room. Requested refund in person, by email and by phone with no results.

Great Location for UTEP guests.

Close to the UTEP campus and the transportation to and from airport and campus is included with the stay.

The housekeeping staff only spoke Spanish so it was difficult to communicate with them. Also I learned if you do not reserve the shuttle right away to get to the airport it may not be available as the hotel prioritizes the American Airlines staff. I was disappointed that when I requested the shuttle to the airport after my 4 day stay, there was no room. So I had to take an Uber which was a bit pricey that early. An expense I did not anticipate.
