The Holiday Inn El Paso Airport exceeded expectations with its exceptional staff, cleanliness, spacious rooms, and variety of amenities. The hotel featured a pool, meeting room, bar, and restaurant, (Read More)providing convenience for guests. The added security of a built-in safe and abundant supply of towels were appreciated. While the hotel was described as clean and suitable for working class stays, it was mentioned that it could use a renovation and may not be ideal for a romantic getaway.

Good place

No cook available for breakfast but a very kind lady (employee I think Andrea or Cristina was her name) she was more than happy to make me breakfast. It was delicious.

No cook available for breakfast so if you have a voucher you wouldnt be able to use it.

Customer service was so bad only one girl working and doing all the work while another guy stood around and acted like he couldnt be bothered he appeared to be on drugs they had no name tags on I asked for a supervisor or manager and they said there were none they were the managers I asked for a district leader number or customer number and they didnt know that had my family with and they couldnt believe the low class customer service so we did not stay at this hotel felt very uncomfortable and hotel seemed shady we ended up going to your competitors across the street HAMPTON inn you might need to send your staff there for training this was my first holiday inn stay and will be my last it was that bad I wouldnt care if it was on a beach will AVOID all holiday inns because 2 customer service people could not do there jobs training is highly needed

Hotel needs work

Location very central to main areas of ELP

Very outdated the sofa bed had springs poking out, very uncomfortable, room phone wasnt working couldnt reach staff unless I went downstairs. Bathroom was moldy at connections.

the hotel itself was fine as was the staff, however, I was charged for the room after having paid for it through booking

close to the airport

No shuttle early in the morning. had a flight change and the shuttle wasnt available at 4 am so had to get an Uber.

Came in late so went to bed fairly quickly and woke up in the morning very rested..It was great

Its a very guest centric establishment. The staff are very attentive and friendly with anything they are able to assist you with. They really show you their best side and they remind me of how great my customer service was when I was in retail. with that being said thats my experience with them and theres some new faces here now so I hope the great service continues

Only thing I can think of honestly,is either the shower heads get clogged with calcium and lime or maybe just the water pressure has a weak stream. the water pressure isnt great sometimes.. That is it but you dont make a big deal about it . Although it make it wonderful
