Superb

Great Best Western!

Nice updated modern rooms. Very clean. Comfy bed.

Breakfast was pretty sad. The omelets were bone dry and the sausage patties overcooked and hard to chew. Still, I would recommend this place.

Felt like home for the time we were there.

The bed was nice and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, they answered all our questions to the best of their ability. Everything was clean. We would stay here again.

The parking isnt the best but this is at no fault of the staff.

Room was nice.

EVERYTHING!!! There was hair on the floor in the bathroom from the previous patron I assume. Later on found remnants of blood on the bathroom door and outside the bathroom in the vanity area. My husband cleaned it up because I was so grossed out. The bathtub was clogged so we had to stand in a pool of water while we showered. It drained by the next day and we were so afraid to be blamed for it we didnt report it. All 3 of the rooms we booked never had the trash thrown or towels replenished. The king bed room had the room cleaned once because we complained about it. We booked 3 rooms all together with both my husband and I using 3rd party booking sites. My husband and some of our children had to leave on July 4th due to work the following day/. I planned to keep the king room and one double queen room for another night. We were checked out of both of them and the hotel simply stated it was our fault because my husband accidentally checked out of the wrong room as we were running late for Carlsbad caverns reservation. My children had their personal belongings thrown in a bin and they were locked out of the room. I received a call From an El Paso number but no message was left so I assumed it was a spam call. This place for accommodations is a literal nightmare!!!! Attached are photos of my children gathering their belongings from a bin in the lobby. Fickle housekeeping

Breakfast and location were excellent

Housekeeping was not available every day when we had paid the price for this service. The front desk staff including the manager do not care what is listed on their listing and insist that housekeeping can be provided only on alternate days of our weeklong stay. The housekeeping staff missed servicing our room even on their alternate day timeline and when reported to front desk, they insist that the privacy sign was on the door (not true). The management of this Best Western Franchise do not take responsibility for their listing or offer compensation for the housekeeping fee we had paid.

Sign for hotel was hard to see had to turn around to enter on a busy street.

nice gentleman at front desk not sure name but very hospitable and attentive when he noticed on camera having difficulty unlocking door and we had our food help us in and reprogrammed our cards
