Pleasant

Stay was great but disappointed that La Perla was closed.

The room was modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

La Perla was closed without notice and it was the main reason we reserved this hotel. Very disappointing.

Love the hotel best place

Eaten at mbar quite a few times always very good but this we had a bad experience Chilean sea bass was cold not tasty wife loves short rib this too was cold Maybe next time

The rooftop bar was beautiful, well worth splashing out on a cocktail at sunset. The location of the hotel was also great with plenty of nice places to eat and drink nearby.

Disappointing

would had rather stay at the Plaza del Norte made reservation at wrong motel.

shower head did not work, no complimentary hand cream, no wash towels, no make up remove towels.

The hotel is wonderful, such great design, the art, the interior, the quality of the food, the service, the rooms, the rooftop bar, all outstanding!

Downtown El Paso is a bit depressing, lots of empty storefronts, not much happening

Beautifully renovated hotel with great service in the heart of downtown

Very stylish yet comfortable, very good restaurant on premises, excellent valet parking team, very good front desk staff

Lighting and shower controls were too clever by half, hard to figure out - blew fuses and could not turn off a desk lamp!

A classy and worthwhile stay!

A classic and a beauty with great history. The room was fantastic, comfortable and tasteful. The staff were extremely professional from the valet, concierge, to even the restaurant staff.
