The Aloft El Paso Downtown received positive reviews for its courteous and friendly staff, convenient location, and nice rooms. However, some guests expressed concern about the small and slippery bat (Read More)hrooms, as well as the lack of amenities in the snack area. Overall, the hotel provided a great stay experience with above and beyond service from the front desk staff. The artsy lobby and great views were also appreciated.

Good staying just need a better cleaning
I stay at the highest floor and it has nice view to the city.
It wasnt clean at all close to the bathroom, I saw a couple of hairs in the floor. Also it doesnt have body soap at the shower.

Nice spot, but needs better staff!
Nice historical building, convenient location for downtown, valet parking smoorh and at a reasonable price
Staff well below average! Checkin guy immediately denied my late checkout request ("we are fully booked" - hahahaha, joke of the day, hotel was running almost empty!) even before checking my Bonvoy status which would have made me eligible for it! Hotel tried to charge the room rate twice (prepaid + charging at checkout), which took hours to be settled. Breakfast is a joke microwave stuff for ridiculous prices, you better go to the restaurant right next door for some nice fresh breakfast. Bar was closed (only beer and wine, as there are no guests around.... - but late checkout denied due to fully booked....)

It was ok!
The property was amazing the only issue was the location. We arrived as a event was happening and there is no parking so had to pay extra for Vallet parking thats why we decided to leave early. Rooms are too small for the price and the beds are too small. The door to the bathroom is very hard to shut and I would have enjoyed a tub to take a hot bath.
The staff is amazing

Really friendly staff, crisp clean sheets and comfortable bed. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were extremely nice.
The location did not offer self parking
