The breakfast could be better. The pancakes are very dry and the avocado toast is the most basic I ever had. Not at the level of a 5 star hotel at all

Couldnt get a drink until 6::30pm. Bar was fully booked not good enough.

Great location, boutique feel

Not being able to go to the bar. Resident lounge cleaned for a wedding and told no tables in bar until 6:30. Ive never been to a hotel where as a resident you cant go to the bar!

Unique hotel - great exoperience

Great location. Not the warmest of welcomes after a long journey from one checkin staff member, but the rest of the team were fantastic and really went out of their way to assist us. The concierge team were tremendous as were the bar staff. The location is so central and surrounded by lots of choice for bars and restaurants.

A warmer welcome as one team member can potentially ruin the experience of this magical boutique hotel
