Very good

I enjoyed the quiet and the spacious clean room.

The room is spacious and clean. The gym facility has lots of good equipment. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is next to a shopping mall. The light rail and bus terminal are very close to the hotel.

The hotel is far from the city center where most of the tourist attractions are. The subway station is a 20 minutes walk, The MTR station can also be reached by a light rail close by.

It was very cold outside and heaters did not seem to work in rooms.first we had to movie.to other rooms.But every time we went out and came back turned on the heater it was not working.Personal had to be called to repair something.After a few days they offered electrical radiators which should have been from the start.For compensation we got 2 free breakfast.Pathetic we were 4 people..

Great place for long stay in HK!

Great location, close to Light Rail Station Ginza (1 min) and next to 2 shopping malls +Woo with lots of fast food and restaurants, supermarket park 'n shop and 2 7Eleven (open 24/7). Perfect to explore New Territories in HK. Staff was incredibly nice. Big rooms for HK standard, double bed, seating area and bathroom to hang washed clothes.

Lots of mainlainders coming from CHINA stays here and are very noisy. Room could use a bit of renovation as it is a bit outdated.

Relaxing spacious stay with convenient public transportation for onward travels

The staff helped us took our luggage up when we first arrived. We stayed in tower 2, level 5. The room was spacious which is useful when you have a toddler running around. It was surrounded by greenery and a shopping mall which had a lot of restaurants and shops to buy anything you may need at the hotel. The shower system had good pressure and maintained the temperature. The bathroom had good ventilation system. Housekeeping staff were all very friendly. Public transportation was very convenient, close to bus stops and the light rail which took you to Tin Shui Wai station for future travels.

We requested a cot but none was available. The ventilation in the room (supposed to have heating and cooling) didnt work, seemed to always blow out cool air which made it a little cool waking up in the mornings when outside was around 10 degrees. The room, despite clean, needs a bit of renovating especially the bathroom. If you plan to spend a lot of time in the city and new territories then the location of this hotel is a bit far.

The hotel was a true four star hotel. The prices were very reasonable and we got what we paid for. The location was far

The room was huge. We had two queen size beds. There was a screen that could be pulled out to separate them, almost like we were in separate rooms. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and nice.

The beds were like sleeping on cement blocks. I requested padding to be added to the mattress and was given a blanket to be placed under the mattress pad, which helped a bit. The room had cockroaches. There were no self laundry facilities and the cost of there laundry was extremely expensive.
