Convenient location with a friendly service by all staff.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everyone made an effort to know the guests' names as well as the guests' activities. We were given an upgraded room even though we didn't ask for it. As we have booked an overnight Halong Bay cruise during our stay at the hotel, we didn't mind at all paying for the night that we didn't sleep in the hotel.

The food at the restaurant could have been better.

Best of both worlds in Hanoi

Hotel was in a great location in Old Town - very close to everything including the very lively Beer Corner but still managed to be pretty quiet in the hotel. Room was super clean and breakfast buffet on restaurant at top of hotel was great.

Lovely stay

The staff were so lovely and helpful! The decor of the room was great and very luxurious. Breakfast was very good too as had good choices of eggs, hot food and pastries. Location was perfect as was right in the thick of Hanoi with places to eat and the night market close by

Affordable slice of luxury in the perfect location.

This stunning hotel, was not only beautifully presented, but perfectly located for all the sites. The breakfast was delicious, and served from an exquisite roof top restaurant allowing you to take in all the views. The staff could not have been more helpful. Hanna and Ron especially. We would definitely return.
