Satisfying Stay

Great Location, closer to major attractions in the Old Quarter, but still quiet and not too noisy. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet has a simple but good range of options.

The room is much smaller than what is shown in the pictures. The lift can be busy as only one serves the whole hotel.

The best service and best location!!!

Amazing experience. The staff were absolutely incredible and rooms very clean and comfortable. As soon as we got here the staff were extremely kind and helped us a lot with booking tours. Overall a great hotel that I would highly recommend.

Amazing hotel with great staff and location

The staff was very nice and helpful, in special thanks to Martin, Sabi and James. Great location and views. The buffet breakfast was super complete with a mix of European and Asian options. The room was comfortable and clean. If we come back to Hanoi, we'll stay here again!

Excellent service, good location

Nearly everything is in walking distance. Due to the central location in the old town. The mattress is excellent, not too soft and not the least bit worn. The service was exceptionally good, very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend the hotel. There is Excellent breakfast offered.

Fantastic value

Staff were excellent, very helpful with activities and any needs at all. Location was perfect, close to shopping and the church We had a family unit which was two seperate bedrooms, very spacious. No deck.

Could be a little cleaner in the bathroom No deck in family unit.
