The Hanoi Jade Hostel is highly recommended for its great location, spacious and clean rooms, and amazing service. The staff, including Ms. Lisa, were friendly and very helpful. The hostel also provides convenient services like tour and bus bookings. One reviewer mentioned that the hostel was very accommodating during a bout of food poisoning. The labour is friendly, nice to answer the questions. And introduce many good stuffs nearby.

The photos are really different compared with the real situiations. Much older in decorations.

Looks much worse in reality

Nice location

Looks so much worse than in the pictures here. Very old and not too clean. The room is very dark so you cant see the details much. Also very noisy. Bathroom is very bad.

Very central in Old Quarter. Staff at reception were very friendly

The double bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress needs replacing. Bathroom was outdated although the shower was nice and warm

Great location, cheap

Great location, hostel has only one room with 3 level bunk beds, it is a little difficult to climb to the 3rd level bed. Otherwise good, cheap, clean, right in the middle of old town.
