Affordable hostel

Very stragetic located hostel in old quater, nearby Hoan Kiem Lake, just 5 mins walking. I've stayed for 5 nights in Female Dorm without any issues. The 14 bunk beds with private curtains, small light, 1 small locker for bags.. & 1 big locker for suitcase or backpack. 2 bathrooms & 2 basins inside the room, 3 toilets & 2 basins outside cleaned everyday. Hostel also provides toothpaste, Toothbrush, shower gel & shampoo, toilet Tissue. Wifi is strong.The staffs are very friendly & helpful.

Good hostel for solo travelers

Great location and closer to many restaurants, shops, and site- seeing places in the old quarters area of Hanoi. The breakfast option starts in early morning, which was good and convenient before going out early on a day tour. The shared rooms had individual storage cabinets with locks, and the beds were comfortable to sleep. The rooms were cleaned every day by a housekeeper. Overall the stay reasonable for the price of the booking.

There were too many beds in the same dormitory room. Example, shared female dormitory had 14 beds, and some travelers left their luggage scattered around the room. The toilets had low water pressure, and sometimes, wash basins had no water at all. The bathrooms and toilets were located in separate places, which was quite inconvenient and needed waiting time.

Included breaksfasts and coffee, great location. Friendly receptionist girl.

Smelly rooms, body odor everywhere. The window leads to busy street, but it doesn't make any difference if you close it. Sink and showers don't get enough attention of janitor. One night few people in the dorm wouldn't let anybody sleep for the whole night but receptionist didn't do anything about that though it's prohibited to make noise after 11 pm due to hostel regulations. Nobody cares. At the lobby downstairs employees would scream at each other, random people would come and go, it was a mess. This hostel has not satisfied one and only need - to get some good sleep at night. Worst hostel in my experience in terms of guests and personnel. Thank God I had to spent there only 2 nights.

Nice hostel for your Hanoi Old Quarter stay

Nice hostel with comfy beds, good steps up, curtains, light and plug. Plenty of bathrooms and showers to share. Good downstairs communal area. Friendly receptionist:) central location
