Basic accommodation with amazing staff

The staff is absolutely great! Really really friendly and helpful 12/10 It was quiet at night, even if its in the heart of the city. Location is great. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The interior is already pretty worn, room was not as pretty as in the pictures. On the floor they put another layer of flooring and there were some holes. Didnt look really nice, but thats okay. We also had a strange smell in the room, which came from the floor or bathroom, not sure.

Amazing experiences 6 nights in Hanoi

Location and staff was amazing, really nice people, helpful and happy to chat and recommend places. If you want any tour book with them. We didn't do it the first day, and they had the sam stuff but $5-10 cheaper.

Fridge wasn't so good in the heat.

This property was excellent! The room was clean and the property was in an excellent location. The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Tom who was extremely kind and helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here!

aircond, fan, hot and cold water all in a good condition. only fridge not available. people here all nice and kind. very

Facilities are complete, including iron. the location are very strategic. easy to get souvenir for your families and coffee for your happiness.

we got small room, which is a wrong room due to misunderstanding happened. but Mr Tom are nice and gave us smaller price which we appreciate a lot.

The room was clean and cosy. Bathroom also clean and simple. Everything you need of you just stay the night. The staff was super nice and friendly, we enjoyed staying with them.
