I liked it so much Ive booked it again

I was in an all female dorm, Comfy bed, own light, plug and curtains, shelving unit, white bed sheets, duvet, reception were fab at arranging pick up from airport late at night, free walking tour at 10am everyday (3hrs). Hot water in the shower. Buffet breakfast on the roof top eggs, fruit selection , toast, jam, potato wedges, noodles or rice and pineapple cake, tea and coffee. Towel 50k deposit, key 100k deposit in cash. The location is fab if you want to be in the old quarter. You can book tours from reception.

Key cards are tricky with the lockers and Im not sure that the bedroom door actually locked from the outside.

Great place to stay in Hanoi, social and convenient

Great hostel, great location and staff is available for any questions you could have and speak good English. We booked a room as we were just arriving in Vietnam for a long trip, the room was good, confortable and clean. The rooftop is the place to go if you want to meet some backpackers and take a drink! Definitely recommended

The hostel located in Old Quater area. It is very convenient. The female room with 4 bunk-beds & private toilet, the bed with curtains for privacy. Have lockers inside. The receptionists're helpful, friendly & professional. Highly recommended

Your standard Hostel

The property offered breakfast, social events and tours. We enjoyed the breakfast but the bar area upstairs was quite cramped. Was our first stay in Vietnam and was what you expect from a hostel.

When we did ask staff for some guidance they werent overly helpful- but wasnt an issue too much. With the bar on the top floor when everyone leavers for the bar crawl at around 11/11:30 the whole place can get quite loud. So if you are someone who wouldnt enjoy that its important to know.

- Staff were very helpful with food advice and booking!! - wonderful ha long cruise! - free breakfast buffet - perfect location -luggage storage - Good communication!!

- our aircon broke, making the room very musty and hot - small bathroom , shower on top of toilet - only one lift, room stairs most the time.
