Very clean and amazing helpful staff

Very clean room and the staff here are just so lovely, very friendly and very helpful! Arranged a few taxis for us and helped with where we needed to go.

Every part of our stay was excellent. Special thanks to Amanda, Tracy, Harry and the breakfast staff for their excellent service. The room was very clean, the location is central and we will definitely return here on our next trip to Hanoi.

Superb

A cozy gem in the middle of buzzing Hanoi old quarter

Calista is perfectly nudged in a quieter back alley of Hanoi old quarter and the ideal starting point for exploring the city. The bed is super cozy, the room spacious and the bathroom quite luxurious. The staff was super kind and helpful, always there to support. Breakfast was nice and offered plenty of options.

Unfortunately, there was major demolition going on in the house next door, which resulted in a noise level that made it impossible to stay in the room between 8 am and 4 pm. The staff was offering us to move to another hotel and refund, but we chose to stay since we were out and about during the day anyway.
