The Rooftop Room has a great view over the city. Anna the host is really lovely and assists with any concern.

The Location in beerstreet of the oldtown can be quite noisy (, butp perfect if you want to spend the night out ;) )

The best homestay in old quarter

You want to be here. This homestay is really clean and comfortable, and have a super location. But on the top of the top, the service from Anna is the best we had in all Vietnam, she was so nice and really helpful, i'm sad to leave her.

Excellent! Great value and amazing staff!

Location is perfect, close to the night market and very central. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was exceptional. I was sick from food poisoning and they went out of their to help, going to the pharmacy to get me medicine, offering me food and checking in to see how I was feeling.

Wonderful welcoming Homestay experience, right in the middle of town. Clean, friendly and safe. Thank you Anna!

Great location, right in the middle of a bustling entertainment precinct. Our room was the top floor, which had lovely views of the city and was clean and very private. There was plenty of natural light in the room and a small private bathroom inside the room suited our needs just fine. Anna and her family were welcoming, and Anna offered instant help anytime we needed it. We enjoyed having their washing service available too. The location was perfect too - easy walking distance to street food, restaurants, bars and cultural precincts. We would like to thank Anna for providing a wonderful welcoming home for us in Hanoi and we hope to visit again in the future.

One of the best things about this property is the central location, however its proximity to bars and clubs means the street noise is very loud at night time. We ended up buying earplugs from the local pharmacy and when using them the noise didnt bother us too much at all.

Our host was very nice and communicative, she gave us lots of recommendations and greeted us every morning with a big smile, excellent customer service. The room was big too.

The location wasn't for us, a little too central and chaotic but most people will love this. The room had no windows, fine for a night or two, but for a longer stay we might have chosen somewhere else. It wasn't clear that we had to pay for the water in the room, not a problem but a suggestion to leave a sign indicating the price, etc.

Cute little gem!

This is tucked away right in the heart of beer street. Makes it easy to walk to restaurants and get drinks. The woman who runs it, An, is very helpful and such great energy! We felt very at home here.

Per usual in SE Asia, there are lots of stairs to get to the room. The bathroom is also very small, but these are minor dislikes. I would still highly recommend.

The view was amazing, the bed was really comfortable and the wifi was strong and reliable, the room was spacious and clean. The host is exceptionally kind, caring and really eager to get feedback to learn and improve. The location is right in the middle of the old town, close to most sightseeing attractions and just on the spot of the pulsing Hanoi.

I had no issue with these but it might be useful to mention. My room was on the fifth floor and there was no elevator. It is a busy street so the sound of the night life surrounds you but everything gets quieter by 11-12pm. The toilet is very close to the wall so people with long legs might need to pack themselves in there a bit.
